1. Our PDCA process drives PFL's continuous improvement in all our products, services and processes.
2. When the opportunity to innovate is identified post-contract, PFL follows a process that starts with post-award debrief meetings with stakeholders.
3. PFL then investigates, researches, prototypes, tests, and conducts market research to identify risks, cost savings, time management, and form and functionality of the product. The concept is then presented to stakeholders for approval, and a cost analysis is undertaken.
4. Once the concept is approved, PFL receives the program/timelines and manufacturing commences. Shipping, storage, and distribution follow.
As a New Zealand owned business with over seven ethnicities and cultures represented among our staff, we take pride in our diversity, inclusivity, and innovation.

Our school has had the immense pleasure of working with Project Floors for the past six years. During this time, they have successfully completed two major projects for us: a complete carpet replacement for the entire school and a vinyl replacement.Â

Project Floors was engaged by Pocketspace (The Designer) of Haka House roll out of 9 sites around New Zealand. They were then contracted by Kensway (The Project Managers) to place indent orders, arrange dispatch to 9 different sites (some concurrently active sites, others staggered). Even due to late ordering from the client, the product was on time, on budget and hit all the marks with sustainability and acoustics. In addition these sites were all varied in terms of ages of building so had installation challenges that were identified and resolved either before install or during within a very timely matter. Their experience and knowledge breadth is world class. You can every confidence that the sales and ops team will go above and beyond to make sure their product looks the best, feels high quality, and a customer service you can depend on.
I have worked with Jade from Project Floors on several projects over the last decade both in my current role as Asset Manager at Brosnan Construction and previous in my roles as Property and Facilities Manager at ToitÅ« Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand and the Ministry for Primary Industries. During that time, I have found Jade to be an absolute pleasure to work with, she is extremely experienced, understands her client’s requirements and provides a straightforward approach to every project. Her focus is and has always been on delivery, ensuring that her clients brief is met and that the result is delivered to high and exacting standard, nothing is ever a problem and the personal touches and commitment to ensuring client satisfaction is at the forefront of every commission Project Floors delivers.
Jade is an excellent ambassador, who as an organization constantly strive to find new and innovative ways to keep ahead of the market, developing and promoting new product lines with sustainability and the environment at the forefront of what they do. The new Thrive product line is one of the best I’ve seen on the market, and their approach to recycling the flooring that they replace, embraces the sustainability mandate companies are looking to achieve repurposing the produces and ensuring that they do not add to the waste at landfills.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Project Floors as a carpet supplier and installer for your organization.
